Graham Hawkins joined Arcadian on 1st July 2023 to strengthen the Coverholder Audit team and support underwriting peer reviews. With over 36 years of experience in the London Market, Graham brings a wealth of knowledge in underwriting strategy, risk assessment, and business performance.

Prior to Arcadian, Graham spent 18 years at AXA XL as Chief Underwriting Officer for Global Art, Specie & Bloodstock. He successfully led a team of 150 professionals across AsiaPac, Europe, and the Americas, focusing on business performance, risk appetite, and underwriting excellence in line with group policies.

Graham began his underwriting career at Merrett in 1986 and held senior roles at Bankside and SVB. More recently, he has provided independent risk reviews, underwriting audits, and industry mentoring, helping to develop new talent and refine risk management strategies.
