Gemma joined Arcadian in September 2023 and brings over 11 years of insurance industry experience. Most of her career was spent at Endeavour, working on the broking side, where she developed extensive expertise in ECF/CLASS and Lineage as a claims handler under the mentorship of Sarah Newman.

Prior to joining Arcadian, Gemma spent a year at Advent Insurance Management, where she gained valuable experience using their Expert Fees platform, further expanding her technical knowledge and operational skillset.

At Arcadian, Gemma provides essential operational support to Sarah Newman, contributing to the expansion of Arcadian's broker service offerings with a focus on claims efficiency and compliance.
