Throughout his career, Alan has provided technical referrals for claims across multiple specialty insurance classes and major jurisdictions. His extensive operational expertise includes claims management, strategy development, and the implementation of quality handling frameworks.

Alan has overseen global networks of TPAs and industry experts, ensuring rigorous audit and supervisory programs. As a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, he brings a strategic and analytical perspective to Arcadian's audit and review services.
